A Ugandan coffee brand needed packaging with the presence to compete against imported labels — communicating quality and provenance while working within the practical constraints of local production and distribution.
We designed a navy-and-cream tube system for the dark-roast line: a format with real shelf presence, a palette that signals depth and craft, and typography that carries the brand's character without clutter.
Material and format choices were made with sourcing in mind — structures that local suppliers can produce reliably, so the design survives the trip from artwork to production run.
